West Africa’s 1st Trampoline Park and recreation centre is now in Lagos, Nigeria!!
Upbeat Centre is a multi-purpose recreational facility that serves as a fitness and fun centre which was launched in December 2017 and a few weeks ago, myself and some amzing people visited UpBeat.
On arrival, we were first asked to sign a waiver in order to ascertain we were up to 18 years old. If you are going with children below 18 years of age, the parent or guardian will complete the process. After signing the waiver, we proceeded to get tickets which cost us 3000naira each as against 2500naira each if you are visiting on a weekday.
This price gives you access to the trampoline section and free socks for just one hour. If you want to be there for a long time, you would have to pay more.
After payment, we proceeded to the trampoline section where all the fun began. At the beginning, I fell down after my first jump but afterwards I got more comfortable. I did the free Trampoline jumping, the high performance, played on the foam pit which was really hard for me and finally I tried to play the Trampoline basketball which I failed though I still had my fun.
The Upbeat recreational centre has various recreational amenities which includes an indoor trampoline park, an outdoor basketball court, a five-a-side football pitch, retail spaces for lease and other fun and fitness facilities for leisure, team bonding and training.
The UpBeat Centre is located at: 11 Admiralty Rd, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos and you can follow them on Instagram here.
In all, I had a fun filled day and I definitely recommend you go here too, have fun and burn some calories as well..
Have you been to UpBeat Centre ? What was your experience like? Is this place somewhere you would love to go?
